— Etude de composés peptidomimétiques interagissant avec le peptide amyloïde Aβ1-42  ayant un intérêt dans la maladie d’Alzheimer : conception, synthèse et plus particulièrement étude de leur activité biologique par différents méthodes biophysiques (spectroscopie de fluorescence à la Thioflavine T, microscopie électronique à transmission).

— Etude par RMN 19F de la régulation allostérique et de l’inhibition de l’activité du protéasome 20S par des peptidomimétiques.
